📜 Bloom Therapy Resources – Terms & Conditions for Therapy Subscriptions 💳 Billing & Payment Terms - Therapy subscriptions are billed **monthly** on the same day each month. - Payment is required in advance to reserve sessions. - Sessions do not roll over into future months unless otherwise approved in writing. - You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partially used months. 📆 Scheduling & Session Limits - Each plan includes a set number of 30-minute sessions per month: - Basic: 4 sessions - Standard: 6 sessions - Intensive: 8 sessions - Sessions may be scheduled flexibly within the month, but no more than 2 sessions per week are allowed per client. - If you need to skip a week, you may double up the following week, as long as it does not exceed 2/week. ⏰ Cancellations & No-Shows - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. - Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior communication will not be rescheduled or refunded. - In case of illness or emergency, please communicate with your therapist as soon as possible.
