How do subscription plans work?
Our therapy subscription model allows you to reserve a set number of virtual speech therapy sessions each month (4, 6, or 8 sessions). You choose the plan that best fits your child's needs and your family's schedule.
What plans do you offer?
We currently offer three flexible monthly plans:

Basic Plan: 4 sessions per month

Standard Plan: 6 sessions per month

Intensive Plan: 8 sessions per month
Each session is 30 minutes and delivered virtually by a licensed speech-language pathologist.
How often can we schedule sessions?
Families may schedule up to 2 sessions per week, offering flexibility for vacations, illness, or busy seasons.
Unused sessions must be used within the month and do not roll over.
What if we miss a scheduled session?
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Missed sessions without proper notice are considered used for the month and cannot be refunded or carried forward.
How do we schedule our sessions each month?
After enrolling, you will have access to a client portal where you can easily view availability and book your sessions online. You have full control over scheduling within your subscription limits.
Can I change my subscription plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan with 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. We understand that family needs and therapy goals can change over time.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No! Subscriptions are billed month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with notice before your next billing date.
How does billing work?
Your credit card will be charged automatically each month on your enrollment date.
We accept secure online payments through our client portal.
Do you offer refunds if we don't use all our sessions?
Because your therapist reserves time specifically for your family each month, we are unable to offer refunds for unused sessions. We encourage families to schedule thoughtfully and flexibly within their monthly limits.
Can therapy be paused if needed?
In certain circumstances (such as medical emergencies or extended travel), subscriptions may be paused temporarily. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
