Cancellation Policy

The speech and language screening is a brief, 20-minute virtual session designed to help determine whether your child may benefit from a full evaluation or therapy services. This service is intended for initial concerns or families who are unsure if their child needs further support. Booking Guidelines: Screenings are available by appointment only and must be scheduled through our online portal. Families are encouraged to complete a brief intake form upon booking to help guide the screening focus. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to retain eligibility for a new appointment time. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are considered forfeited and are non-refundable. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Follow-Up: You will receive a brief verbal summary at the end of the session. If further services are recommended, we will assist you in scheduling an evaluation or selecting a subscription plan.
