Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in Bloom Therapy Resources! This complimentary consultation is designed for new families exploring speech therapy or parent advocacy support. Here's what to expect: 🕒 Appointment Guidelines Free consultations are held virtually via a secure Zoom link. Appointments are available Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (MT). This is a one-time, 15-minute session and is intended for information-sharing only. No therapy is provided during the consult. ⏰ Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to allow other families to use that time slot. No-shows may forfeit the opportunity to rebook. 📥 Before We Meet You will receive an email confirmation with your Zoom link after booking. Feel free to come with any questions or concerns about your child’s communication or IEP.
